He worked with what I am able to afford as well which was delightful because it let me get in on some new business. Mycontact, Sam, was extremely excellent, orgaized and thorough with his knowledge of premium business ideals for smart phones! He was a huge help> He really bridged the gap in my knowledge base. I have no clue how this company has managed to stay in business so long. Save yourself some grief and headaches by looking elsewhere. I tried cancelling and was advised that I was locked into a 1 year contract so now I am paying for something I can't use. Upon reviewing the draft version of the site, I was left with the option of publishing a website that doesn't represent me - and I am not happy at all with - or, spending money to hire someone outside of Yellow Pages to redo the site (Hint: if you are considering YP, do yourself a favor and hire someone else). The website design is mediocre and it is obvious that the wording on the site is canned and unprofessional. However, my experience with them has been terrible. Therefore, I really liked the services "offered" by Yellow Pages about being able to take care of the website design and build for me. However, I don't have the working knowledge of building a website and don't consider myself very proficient in marketing either. I am a financial services rep in Ontario and wanted to get a website to promote my business. We conduct business with utmost integrity, and we have done so with your vehicle. To be clear, the mechanical issue that was discovered after the fact - that was not a part of the estimate - was offered to be repaired at OUR LABOUR COST, if you would pay for the part only, which is STILL OUTSTANDING. There are no expectations for any business operating to add parts or services beyond the estimate that was written, and provided to you. There were items that were NOT included in the estimate, and these items were clearly outlined and explained to your son as the job progressed and were approved as you are aware. The use of recycled (used) parts is a generally acceptable way to repair a vehicle - as was explained verbally before the work was done - and your estimate reflects the recycled parts cost, to keep within your budget, again as explained. My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and care we received.Dear Carla, all the work stated in writing and documented (signed by your husband) was done as estimated, and is within industry standards. With one call we were on our way to rental car company and on our way home. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a vehicle until our cars were ready. With my car not fixed and my husband needing to drop his off, the owner of T-Jay's PAID for a rental car for us. I wasn't to upset, because the owner let me know that my car was to be the first car the next morning to be worked on and that they needed more than one day to work on it.

My husband and I planned to pick up my car Monday evening and then drop his off to get fixed, but when I went to get it, I learned my car was not ready. I have never met someone in the auto industry that showed they cared about my safety! A week later I dropped my car off on a Sunday for them to work on it Monday. The best part is, before I left he screwed in my bummer that was falling off so it wouldn't come off until I brought it back into the shop to get fixed. Not only did he explain the costs, but he showed me what parts I needed.

He looked over my car and gave me a quote. I stopped by T-Jay's to early to get a quote and met with the owner, who was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Mine needed a new bumper, thanks to the pole I hit and my husband needed a few scratches fixed. My husband and I needed work done to both of our cars. "WOW! T-Jay's Service is one of the best places to get your car fixed.
